Dandenong and District Cricket Association players have the chance to join a senior tour to Sri Lanka in April.
The tour will stretch from April 6 to 18 and include four matches all played on either current Test venues or first-class grounds.
DDCA selection committee member Craig Slocombe said clubs needed to nominate players who were available for the tour and able to meet the selection and financial criteria.
He said the tour was expected to cost about $2500 per player not including insurance and living costs but the final cost of the tour was yet to be decided.
After collecting club nominations, the DDCA selection committee will meet and choose the touring squad.
Some non-playing tourists will be considered. Slocombe said any interested tourists needed to email him at craigslocombe@telstra.com before this Friday.
